Julie Ruggiero and Dominic Longo, of Pierre, S.D., announce their engagement.Julie is the daughter of Joe and Vicki Ruggiero, of Lindsborg. She graduated from Smoky Valley High School, Lindsborg, and Fort Hays State University, Hays. Julie is an event planner for Hyatt Regency.Dominic, son of Al and Nancy Longo, of Protem, Mo., graduated from Branson High School and Missouri State University. He is an agronomist for ConeAg.The couple will marry in September in Wichita.
