Seeking help for key anniversary

Faithful readers, I am seeking your help. I’m stumped and will most likely fail unless I get some good advice from you.Here’s the situation. On Feb. 15 my wife and I celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, but there are several challenges.First, it’s a Wednesday night. Second, my wife and I both will be working until 5 or 6 p.m. Third, options for the middle of the week are limited and we will both be going to work the next day.So, dear readers, what do I do? Do I celebrate the anniversary the weekend before or the weekend after our anniversary? Do we go out on Feb. 15 to someplace special?If we do the weekend route, do we travel to Branson, Missouri, or to Wichita for a special trip? Do we just go to Garden City, since we are broke (I’m a journalist, remember?).Do we opt for a quiet evening at home and I cook her dinner?Do I do something unconventional?
