It’s win-or-go-home time for Missouri football teams as district playoffs are now upon us and for the Waynesville Tigers (0-9) their Class 5 District 4 opponents are the 2-7 Branson Pirates.
The Tigers wound up with the fifth seed, finishing twelve-hundredths of a point ahead of the similarly 0-9 Central Bulldogs.
Waynesville coach Brad Drehle said the Tigers received extra points for difficulty of schedule.
“It had to do with the bonus points we received from playing the two class 6 teams,” he said.
