BRANSON MO NEWS: Here’s a roundup of recent hirings and promotions of management-level employees who live or work in Lancaster County.• Sight & Sound Theatres has promoted four employees to newly created vice president positions.The new posts are intended to help Sight & Sound more effectively and efficiently expand its mission.
Maria-José Tennison has been named vice president of brand and production. Tennison, of Lititz, was hired in 2004. Most recently the University of Laverne graduate was director of marketing and design.Susan Howard has been named vice president of human resources. Howard, of Lancaster, was hired in 2013. Most recently the Albright College graduate was director of human resources.Cynthia Carson has been named vice president of Sight & Sound’s Branson, Missouri, operations. Carson, of Branson, was hired in 2008. She most recently was director of Branson operations.Ken Stefanow has been named vice president of Lancaster operations. Stefanow, of Strasburg, was hired in 2004. He most recently was show operations director.• Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology has promoted Michael DeGroft and Christopher Metzler, and hired Melissa Wisniewski.DeGroft has been named dean of enrollment services.
